There are points in my life where I can’t find the energy to participate in society.  It takes everything I have not to completely ignore the people I care about around me.  All I really want to do is hide.  Behind a camera, behind a book, behind headphones… Someplace where I can lose myself into something that’s bigger than me and better than me.

I just want to be a part of something beautiful.

I often find myself not able to get out of the same old thing in my life.  I know I need change, and I know how I could go about changing it… but I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it.

Sometimes my safety net annoys the hell out of me.
